The Treatment with Wives in Light of the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah

(NOTE:Whenever the name of HOLY PROPHIT S.W.A will come in following lines,please you should say “Sal ALLAH o alyh e wa AAlyhi wa sallam”)

In light of the Verses of the Qur'an, we see that Allah, the Exalted ordered excellent treatment towards the wife, generosity towards her, and the best cohabitation with her, even if there is not love from the heart. Allah, the All-Wise said:

 And live with them in the best way. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allah brings through it a great deal of good.  (4:19)

The Prophet S.A.W  said:

“A believer man must not hate (his wife) believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics he will be pleased with another.” (Muslim)

Also, Allah clarifies that the woman has rights towards her husband, just as the husband has towards her. Allah, the Exalted says:

 And they (women) have rights (over their husbands), similar (to those of their husbands) over them, to what is reasonable.  (2:228)

And the Prophet’s  last will before he dies was that men should take care of their wives and honour them, and never treat them unfairly or swallow their rights. The Prophet said:

“Treat the women in the best way.’’

And the Prophet  ordered us to behave well to our wives, and be generous with them, and he also clarified that the best of men is he who treats his wife best. The Prophet  said:

“The most complete in faith is the best in character. And the best of you is the one who is best to his wife.” (At-Tirmidhi)

The Prophet  also said:

“The best of you is the one who is best to his wife, and I am the best of you to my wives.” (Ibn Majah)

Also, the Prophet ordered his Companions to endure the mistakes of their women, clarifying the nature of the woman, in to which Allah created her. The Prophet  said:

“Treat the women in the best way. Verily, the woman was created from a rib and the most crooked portion of the rib is its upper part; if you try to straighten it, it will break, and if you leave it, it will remain crooked, so treat the women in the best way.” (Al-Bukhari)

The Messenger of Allah  also said:

“Verily, woman was created from a rib. It shall not be straightened to you in anyway (i.e. she shall not behave exactly as you wish her to). Thus, if you enjoy her, you will enjoy her bent. And if you tried to straighten her, you would break her. And to break her means a divorce.” (Mustakhrag Abi ‘Awana)

The Verses of the Holy Quran and Ahadith showing that the man should treat his wife in the best way are innumerable, and whoever wants to refer to them, he might as well do.

 Allah’s Messenger attitude with his wives

The Prophet  is the good example, which all Muslims should follow, as Allah the Exalted has ordered us to. Allah the Exalted says:

Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad) you have a good example to follow, for whomever hopes for (the Meeting with) Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah much.  (33:21)

Allah, the Exalted, also described the noble Messenger’s morals, saying in the Qur’an:

And Verily, you (O Muhammad) are on an exalted (standard of) character. 

(68:4)

The Prophet  applied his good morals in practice, from which people learned how to treat other people. The Prophet  said:

“Verily, I was not sent but to perfect and complete the best ethics.” (Malik in Al-Muata’)

Do we then read in the Prophet’s biography or in his words (Ahadith) anything that shows that the Prophet  has ever beaten any woman or any child? Or do we even find in his enemies’ words who lived during his time and saw him and heard him, any claim that blames him for such thing?

And let us look upon Aisha, the Prophet’s wife’s words, what she has said about him after his death, to see what kind of a husband he was:

“His character was the Qur’an.” (Ahmad)

‘’The Prophet has never beaten with his hand, neither a woman, nor a child.’’ (Muslim)

And let us see what the other wife of the Prophet , Safiya, said about the Prophet  after his death:

“Never have I seen anyone better on character than the Messenger of Allah .” (At-Tabarani)

And let us see the words of the Prophet’s servant, Anas bin Malik :

“I remained in the service of the Messenger of Allah  for ten years. He never once told me 'Oof'. When I did something, he never asked me, why did you do so? When I did not do a certain task, he never asked me why I did not do it. And the Messenger of Allah had the best character among all people. (and also possessed the most excellent features, so much so,) that I never felt a silk cloth, nor pure silk, nor any other thing softer than the palm (of the hand) of the Messenger of Allah . Nor did I smell any musk or any other fragrance, more sweet smelling than the sweat of the Messenger of Allah .” (At-Tirmidhi)

Anas bin Malik  also said: “I served the Prophet  for years. He has never insulted me, never hit me, never scolded me and never frowned to me. And he never reprimanded me about something he had ordered me and I neglected. And if someone of his family reprimanded me, he said; ‘Leave him alone! If it was to be done, it would.’” (Al-Baghawui).

Ego and self-respect

Ego and self respect look different but they are interconnected. As we see that we work for our self respect but originally we are in the shadow of ego. Ego and self-respect run together, a single thing which separates them is negativity.

 Every man loves his self respect. He doesn’t want to lose it at any cost. When the circumstances changes. he found him in a situation that he cannot handle this. At that time, he feels a fear that he might lose his self respect his prestige, integrity or dignity.

     It is the time when self respect changes into ego. When someone feels that he builds his cocoon. Ego starts to take place of self-respect. He don’t show respect to others. his attitude doesn’t stop far the persons who are hitting his self respect. He thinks everyone his enemy. The circumstances which encircle him in a difficult situation are caused by everyone.

Egoistic person build cysts around his personality.  This thing, not only destroy his personality and also his self respect. This destruction never ends at any point throughout his life. Although this thing vary from person to person but lot of things remains the same.

What is the solution of this whole situation? The circumstances prevailing in the society and the sufferer might be different. The solution is the same.

If it handle on individual level it will be more effective. As a society or a nation it is not so easy. To solve this social problem or social thought we have to adopt following means.

·        Education

·       Respecting religious values.

·        Changing our behavior towards our fellow human beings.

   Education is the main way which can open any lock of any social problem. By educating people creates an environment of social brotherhood between different classes of society.

 If we respect religion values it will also help to control different factors effecting ego. Religion is the tool which binds us tightly. It controls our hearts and souls. If we use it on an individual level it can control this thing from its start. Thirdly is our behavior towards fellow human beings. If we just pay respect to our other fellows we have no fear of losing self-respect. If we respect others in response we get respect. It is more effective than anything else as we are doing it on individual level. anything which starts from base is more effective and stronger. It will reflect in whole society. 

FAITHFULNESS

Faithfulness means to show sincerity loyalty and love in all cases either it relates to you are someone else. Faithfulness is the basic rule which starts from ourself to the whole world.

Firstly we must faithful to god who created us and blessed us with lots of bounties . a complete believer can proved to be a person of god and that is the first and foremost rule of religion  islam . you cannot get into the world  of islam without faith,so it is safe to say that it is the key to enter in to the regim of islam.

As a muslim we give first priority to faithfullness  because without it we cannot be a true muslim . so we can say that faithfulness is the base over the whole building of islam stands.

Allah and his prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) again  and again stress over the importance faithfulness. So in islam a person cannot be a muslim  without faith in god and it means to have complete belief in god and follow his orders without any hesitation .

Faith is important for our own self because if we want to thrive , we first have to faith in ourself, and without it we cannot even take a single step . from the birth of mankind to now , lots of people came , lots of gone , but succeeded only those who have faith  in themselves . success  cannot gain through money , personality , power, or royal dignity , its  only the property of those people who  have faith in god and their abilities . so faithfulness is the basic principle as Confucies  beautifully capsulated the importance of faithfulness as described ;

                              “Hold faithfulness and sincerity as first principle”

A man cannot get in to the land of prosperity without faithfulness. He had to start his life from micro level , then he became able to establish a great  life . so  the whole cycle of prosperity  reached to its triumphant destination when it is ornamented with the jewel of faithfulness. This successful destination  only accepted in this world  but also respectd in the court of god . so faith in the smaller things  accomplished something great as Alex Haris  fabulously put nut in to a shell ;

                                “Being faith in the smaller things is the way to gain , maintain ,and demonstrate the

                                  The strength needed to accomplish something great.”

Faithfulness is not important only in Islam but also respected in other religions , because  everyone needs a belief to survive . Without it the whole universe destroyed or freezed at a point. No one still able to get his goals without it. So it is equally important in all religions.

In order to conclude the whole discussion we are able to say that faithfulness is the point around the whole world is revolving. So it is too important to live your life as well as when you die;

                                        “They had finally, the only thing anyone wants in life: someone

                                          to hold your hand when you die.”

WORDS FOR LAST DAY AT SCHOOL

 MY LAST DAY AT SCHOOL

The last day at school for a student is very special. This is not just a day it is day of happiness and sadness. We feel happy that our important phase of life is coming to an end. And we have great opportunities ahead. But when we lowered our curtains of eyes we can see the special moments of our school life our first day, when we wept for home our teachers and other happy moments of life. The days of great importance lost in the dust of time. We can think those moments but cannot become a part of it again.

SOME IDEAS FOR TEACHERS

Each child is thrown the ball and is given a question that they must answer immediately. If not, they are out.  Till the last ball

We do this with verbs or math the child takes the ball and might say I will throw the ball and the next may say I can. The next will say I want. Ext

The teacher can do this with math problems   Throws the child a ball. The teacher says 2+2. The child must answer and throw the ball back to the teacher. in this way children involvement increased

When you have knew students or want the students to participate. The sunflower picture helps

In the middle of the sunflower you put u name. Then every petal you put something important to you.  For instance.  1 petal teacher. Another. Likes to travel. Another loves to read.  Another has 3 brothers

You can give multiplication and then let them do a cross word where they spell at the number.  You can always write out the numbers at the top of the page:  one, two three and so on. Then first cross word is 1.  2x 2. Answer. Four. Then fill out four. That way you are combining math and spelling .

Also good old fashion multiplication flash cards.  Make a completion.  1 child begins from child to child until he misses the answer. Then the next child begins and that child is out until you have a winner. The child sees and repeats the multiplication table while actively having fun.

MY LAST DAY AT SCHOOL

It is human nature that we feel very depressed when we are losing something.Same thing I am feeling today.31^st march is my last day at school.Every student wait for this day but when this comes we feel burden on our hearts and brain.We feel that we are losing something.Something which was very precious.Something which was very dear to us and on this day we are losing it.Our memories are going to last in the dust of time.Onthis day my mind is fill with memories .Memories of my days in school the first day when I entered the main gate weeping, holding my mother finger tightly.Memories are getting in to my eyes as tears .When I unfold my curtains on eyes I can see my friends, my teachers and my classes.I want to restart my first day again but I cannot.I have also in my mind that it is not the end, it is the beginning of new journey to new life, to new goals and new destinations.

Introduction:

   Media play an important role in our life. The newspaper, radio and the television are the most powerful organs for the expression of the news and views about men and things.

            These are regarded by the economist as a necessity of modern life. With the growth of literacy and the development of the means of communication, media is playing very important role in society. As “Every picture has two sides.”Media also has its uses and abuses.

Uses:

      The uses of media are so numerous. First, media keeps us in touch with the current world affairs. Without radio, newspaper, TV, internets etc we can’t know the important news of even our own towns or villages. They extent our knowledge and make us feel that we are the part of this fast changing world.

                      The leading TV channels and newspapers are in touch with the different parts of the world through their certain agencies, their reporters and anchors. They supply them news from every part of the world.

Secondly, a great deal of information is supplied to us through media. Important decision of laws court are puplished and aired from radio for the benefits of the lawyers .the sport man find in them the news of their own interestand liking.Comercial news are broabcast for businessman .Lovers of the radio, the cinema and television can look up in them the daily programs of these entertainments .the advertisement help the people to by things.the unemployed can look for the wanted coloumns for vacant jobs.Thirdly, through media people can give their opinions.thus media keep public and government in close contect.the current problems of political and social values are the subject matters of the leading articles of newspapers and news on TV and radio.

Public get aware of the policies and scheme of the government through media.Fourthly, the media is the source of entertainment.in weekly editionsof newspapers we have stories, poems, poetry, articles of general interest. On television we enjoy serial ,play and sometime good films. Various channels of TV provide lassical films.

Lastly media have their educative value also.it is said by a critic

  “readers of the good newspaper and viewers of TV are more intelligent, active and better informed than scolar .”

Newspaper,TV,radio help us to spread good ideas.

We can also learn about upcoming books and can see reviews on new published book. We also come toknow about scientific discoveries and research. There are useful articles on every topic.

Abuses:

It is said by a critic that “these are double edged weapons and cut both ways.”The media can do harm a lot also. By publishing and airing false news .They can mislead the people. They can make the people nervous and excited by sensational news about strike public riots and war.  They can set against one community to other but broadcasting or publishing exaggerated accounts of communal riots.they can do irreparable harm.Sometime persons working for newspaper or TV are pressurized by mischievious people and become me-re tools in their hands.By printing and presenting obscene advertisement and naked portrait and love stories ,they can be a danger to morals of the people especially young generation.

Their inflammatory articles widen the gulf between the  various nations of the world.
